22 Signs you’re a Googleholic

I’m addicted to Google I recognize it. Here are some of the reasons that made me realize that.

You know you’re a googleholic when:

  1. A friend calls you to do mean things and you answer: “Dude, don’t do evil”
  2. You can’t remember you mom’s birthday, Google Calendar notifies you when is it.
  3. You wait until late night to see what will happen to the Tea-house Fox in the iGoogle theme.
  4. You feel excitement (like butterflies in your stomach) when the Reader highlights yellow with recent news.
  5. You archive, don’t delete.
  6. You don’t do long codes anymore, just search them in Google Code.
  7. People look at you weirdly when you say something like: “why file messages when you can just label them”.
  8. You just wish that you could google your car keys when they get lost.
  9. You imagine yourself in a plane bombing everything when you’re in Google Earth (and do plane noises).
  10. You don’t know how did people find directions before Maps.
  11. You remember that you once used something called Word, or Excel and you carried your documents in floppy disks.
  12. You don’t know where your pictures are, Picasa does.
  13. Your notebook is not necessarily a real notebook.
  14. If the Internet is gone… oh! I just don’t even want to imagine that.
  15. You cannot imagine the world without Google Search.
  16. Your best friends are in Google Groups and AdSense represents your main income.
  17. You know the Bible really means: “And God created Google, he saw that it was good, and then he rested”
  18. You try google subdomains to see if there’s a new app coming. (like google.com/timemachine)
  19. You are still waiting for GDrive.
  20. You give 20% time-off to do something else (I know: is just procrastination).
  21. You can’t remember the last time you answered “Yes” to the old question: Do you… Yahoo?.
  22. You’re Feeling Lucky.
